Quest Aliases not filling. Why? : V

Hi all. I must have made 100+ quests in my time modding with success. However this main quest I have just started making is puzzling me as to why the aliases won't fill. Quest is Start Game Enabled and Run Once. It has two unique actors, see snip:

Stages so far are 0, 10, 200 and 210. I SetStage to 200 in game because I haven't made any of the previous stages yet - objective appears but markers don't. So I sqv the quest and see this result:

Is there something simple I am missing? It has been a while since I "quested" so I may have overlooked something.

probably got more than 1 refs of your "unique" actors...? (or none at all) :-)

(i'd btw fill with their refs anyway, "unique actor"s sometimes behave odd with quest markers etc)

...and of course allow disabled? reuse? reserved elsewhere? strange alias conditions maybe? :-)
