At a certain point in the game you have to rescue a settler from the federal ration stockpile.The quest is called "Kidnapping at Sanctuary Hills".i.imgur. com/7sqHNCM.jpgThe problem is that when I go there, the settler is dead. The quest mark stays upon its head. I have done the quest twice now, both times the settler is dead. I have looted the corps, nothing happens. i.imgur. com/MMowOgL.jpgAny ideas?
