Quest: Call to arms

Quest log:

As you can see, when i was doing this quest halfway, I decided to do the main quest instead and just left the quest as it is. as I'm closed to the last few main quests of the game, the game told me that I failed the quest. I tried to talk to Danse at the police station, but I got no reaction from him.

I treid:
-resetai (Resetting Danse)
-setstage bos101 0
-completequest bos101

And no, I can just load to a previous save file, Im already 25 hours into the game, I don't want to just start over.
