on my jorney into the first dungeon i found next to a dragonwall a book called "remanada" inside a chest...
nothing to worry about... but now i got a question from the college to find this book in exact this location... but i already have it in my bag...
now i have a quest item in my bag and a quest that i can′t conclude

BUMP ...

anybody else got this bug?

Sounds a lot like the problem I have. I was hired to find the book Chimarvamidium in Halted Stream Camp. I'd already been there earlier in the play through and the book was in my inventory as a quest item. The quest arrow still sent me to the camp, and it's hovering over the chest where I had previously looted the book. Can't progress in the quest. Tried everything I can think of, but I'm stumped. I've been in similar situations in other Bethesda games, but the quest giver always has some "oh, you already have it!" line, but I don't get that option with the librarian.
