I talked to some woman with a mohawk (FoA) and kinda agreed to bring her a steady supply of meds, but i dont get a quest, so not sure who to talk to. Is this a bug? Is there sucha quest?

That's Julie Farkas. What you're talking about is one of the game's unmarked quests. It won't show up in your log (it's not a bug; it's done that way by design).

The Crimson Caravan is a dead end for that quest - they're not willing to help the Followers out with supplies. Go talk to James Garret at the Atomic Wrangler instead.
