Quest ID for last mission?

I was exploring the Hoover Dam and unlocked a door with console and found a strange switch.. Ofc I pulled it!
Now I'm on the last mission, unable to pull the leaver!

Does anyone have the quest ID for the mission so I can reset the entire quest? (And thereby hopefully reset the switch)

There are several final missions, which one are you referring to?

The Quest "All or nothing", Mission "Activate the east powerplant to power the securitron army".. please, does anyone have mission id?
