Needed for 1.4:
Main Quest Line:
* Ulfirc and Galmar go dead (will not talk) if you start the main quest Season Unending after talking to them initially or before completing the civil war quest line.
* Sometimes Delphine will not speak to the player after completing Diplomatic Immunity, thus not continuing the storyline.
* Esbern sometimes does not show up at Sky Haven Temple in the quest Alduin's Wall
* Main Quest "The Horn of Jurgen Windcaller": Pressure stones that release gates to sprint through may not always light up.
* Alduin sometimes does not spawn in "Dragonslayer" mission
Theives Guild Quests:
* After completing "Loud and Clear" NPC quest givers may become unresponsive, not allowing a continuation of the quest line.
* "Under New Management." You can't turn in your armor anymore... And a lot off people sold their armor while it's a quest related item.
* Cannot return the skeleton key in the Twilight Sepulcher. Karliah either disappears at the beginning, or is busy and THEN disappears before quest can be completed.
Dawnstar Quests:
* "Waking Nightmare": Erandur can sometimes disappear once he enters the temple, making completion of the quest impossible.
College Of Winterhold Quests:
* "First Lessons" Tolfdir should cast a fireball against the player to be blocked with the spell Ward, but sometimes he does not.
* Arniel's Endeavor - Dwarven Conductors don't work properly even without Augmented Flames perk. Warped Soul Gem can duplicate.
* 'Visit the College at Winterhold' sometimes does not mark as complete, even though entire Mages College questline is completed.
* "Aftershocks".. Quest has you travel to a pre determined point, and then destroy some magical entities and eventually close the rift using the Staff of Magnus. At this point in the quest nothing but a
white quest arrow appears pointing at the ground and cannot continue.
* Sometimes Brelyna Maryon's spells she tests on the player do no wear off.
Dark Brotherhood Quests:
* Locate The Assassin of Old - There is no corpse to be found in Hag's End, making Ancient Shrouded armour unattainable.
* Locate The Assassin of Old - Word Of Power is sometimes not bestowed.
* Whispers in the Dark - Nazir will sometimes not bestow side contract making the quest impossible to complete.
Misc:
* ANY quest where you collect the Quest Item before actually recieving the Quest itself, it leaves you with a quest item in your inventory that you can never turn in and just adds to carry weight and leaves
quests unfinishable. (Example: Finn's Lute and Pantea's Flute - If already in inventory, does not dissapear.)
* Misson "Forbidden Legend". Stuck at the second objective which says "Read Daynas Valen notes". Notes acquired before getting this quest and cannot advance (possible solution?

* "Forbidden Legend" : If dungeon cleared beforehand, the misson to kill the boss never completes and arrow just points at corpse.
* Player house weapon racks and plaques not working properly.
* "Kill the dragon located at Dragontooth Crater" - dragon at the location was recently killed and does not respawn.
* "Kill the giant at Talking Stone Camp". If Giant is already dead is does not respawn
* "A night to remember": Cannot get goat mission from the farmer.
* "The Affairs of Hagravens": If you kill Petra before freeing Melka, the quest will be impossible to complete.
* "Moss Mother Cavern": Sometimes Valdr is not at the cave entrance, triggering the quest.
Companion's Quests:
* Marrying Aela the Huntress can cause quests with her as a follower to fail since the system thinks she's at the player's home.
* Vilkas will sometimes not respond to bounty quest turn in's
* If visiting and clearing Driftshade Refuge before starting Purity Of Revenge, Vilkas will not speak to you to give you the quest after Blood's Honor.
* 'Glory of the Dead' wont trigger for some people (possible solution: http://forums.bethso...8/#entry19838918)
* "Collect bounty from Skald". Talking to Skald accomplishes nothing.
Morthal Quests:
* Falion mission gets stuck in a loop and Vamparism is never cured. (Workaround: Become a Werewolf.)
WhiteRun Quests:
* 'Missing in Action' cannot be completed without failing an objective if you opted to go with the 'no bloodshed on either side' option.
Windhelm Quests:
* Blood in the Ice will not trigger, the muder scene will never appear, making the Hjerm house unbuyable. Also quest cannot be completed if items were obtained beforehand and sold.
Bard's College Quests:
* If you happen to be directed to Dead Man's Respite via the Greybeards to find a word of power before taking the quest from the Bard's College to retreive a rare book, it makes the Bards College quest
unfinishable.
* "Investigate the Bard's College" sometimes won't complete.
StormCloaks Quests:
* Battle for Solitude the fight.. music will NOT stop playing
Imperial Legion Quests:
* "Reunification of Skyrim". When meeting Legate Rikke at the Winterhold Imperial Camp, she fails to give the conversation topic ("Reporting for duty") to continue the quest.
Solitude Quests:
* "Ask Aldis for information about Angeline's daughter."; Aldis is no long there after completing the civil war quest 'Battle for Solitude'. An empty destination marker only.
Riften Quests:
* Supply And Demand quest will sometimes not complete if Cragslane Cavern cleared before quest is given, making house in Riften unavailable.
Daedric Quests:
* A Daedra's Best Friend : Upon entering Falkreath player will find Lod dead on the ground, making completion impossible.
* Boethiah's Calling - Boethiah gets stuck in a loop and won't communicate. Sometimes killing all the cultist makes the quest start up, sometimes it doesn't.
* Boethiah's Calling - The tunnel vision effect becomes permanent. Sometimes standing very far away from the conduit makes it go away after she speaks.
* Boethiah's Calling - When conduit has reanimated the last person, it can get stuck in a "wearing human flesh" speech loop.
Markarth Quests:
* Forsworn Conspiracy and No one escapes from Cidna Mine: Quest items in your inventory will not be returned when your gear is returned to you. They may respawn when the battle in Markarth begins, however.
