is there a way to murder the bride without being seen?

also are we able to clear bounty by talking to a fence like in oblivion?

you should prob ask in the spoiler forum, but try the walkway above her and look for a loose statue/brick

also in general ask your 'family' for help, one of them suggests that and there is also another place to shoot her from and a cool bow that you can pick up

I shot her and then hid for a minute, I jumped down on her dead body and looted her lol. Then I just ran for the exit lol

You have to get above where she is standing giving her speech and drop the rock above her onto her head.
