I've been having a lot of trouble getting this quest to work. I have restarted it multiple times, but am stuck in the control tower and Curtis won't use the radio. He just stands there doing nothing.
I there any console command to trigger his script? I've tried entering the building with no companions, using the 'enable' command on him, pick pocketing him and avoiding him entirely.
Nothing I do seems to allow the train to not blow up.
