I'm playing the Legion side of "I put a spell on you", and after I got done talking with that spy in McCarren, the quest wouldn't update. I also keep trying to go to that trash can that the dude tells me to go to, but I can't interact with it at all to retrieved the required items. I've also exhausted all dialogue options with relevant NPCs. Any suggestions?
