I was doing the quest the fate of the skaal but i use bendwill on a windstone but i did it on the wrong stone is there a way of restarting or deleting to start again i have looked everywhere i don't have a save slot to reload

Then just use it on the correct stone?

you can use it on all stones. You dont need to load a save.

Are you sure that you broke the quest? Try to use it on the right stone and see if the quest still works.
