It mostly depends on your character. Some of mine don't care. Some have a tinge of regret, killed the guy responsible for the mess.

After all, the assassin is merely the tool. If history says anything, they should blame Amaund for the Emporer's death.

I killed Amaund Motierre. I dislike the Dark Brotherhood in general, and don't care much for their rituals. The Emperor seemed like a relatively honourable fellow, and fulfilling a dead man's last wish seemed like a correct moral stance, in my own opinion.
