Please can some one link me a video tutorial, that shows how to make a Start game enabled quest, to show how to put the position of the beginning of this quest.

"Start game enabled" is just a box to tick on the quest form, Quest data tab: http://www.creationkit.com/images/7/7f/StartedQuest.png

yes I'm aware of that, what do I mean is how to do this quest ... example: I want to create an initial quest from the main menu by clicking on the "New Game" option and start this quest in a different place "Solitude", and an own race that mod will provide.
