Question about 5th Anniversary and BAIN

Ok, this question might be a tricky one:

I have Oblivion 5th Anniversary edition which comes with SI and KOTN included in the package, I also have all the DLC's. I'm using a video tutorial on youtube for installing FCOM for the first time and being very careful to follow each step exactly. One step the video maker suggested was to install each DLC, then take the .ESM and .BSA files and put them into a .7zip file to use with BAIN/Wrye Bash, then delete each DLC to remove the separate .BSA and .ESM files (he says it will make things much easier later on).

The concern I'm running into, is specifically for knights of the nine, is if I should follow this step? Reason being, the KOTN is included with the package, and not listed separately under programs/features (like the other DLC's). If I make a .7zip file with the KOTN then simply delete the .BSA and .ESM files out of the /DATA folder, and use BAIN for its .7zip (like I'm doing for all the DLC's), will that create a problem for me?

If my question doesn't make any sense, you can see what I'm talking about here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XneMbc8nO4Q&feature=related

and skip ahead to approx. 12:30 on the video timer.

Thanks in advance.

The various dlc installers put some registry entries into the windows registry, so, according to popular theory, it makes them "easy" to uninstall. Quite frankly, I think it was wasted effort, and serves NO useful purpose. Go ahead and do what the tutorial suggests. It will not cause any trouble.
