Hey, just curious if the stuff in the Alliance War skill line can be used outside of Cyrodel.... or just PVP zone only??? I didn't have time to test it in the beta, anyone able to confirm it can be used outside of the PVP area? or restricted to just PVP area?

Same goes for the passive abilities too...
