Question about armor durabilityhealth

Post » Mon May 27, 2013 3:10 am

I was thinking about making a character that revolved around lowering his opponents' armor value so that he would be able to deal the maximum amount of damage, so i was wondering what methods of reducing the durability of a foe's armor. I know that there are the disintegrate spells for armors/weapons, but in terms of damage, does the weapon's strength/power affect the amount of armor health lost? ex: if i hit my opponent with a sword with a damage of 5, would it lower durability less than a sword with 15 damage? Or would it be the same? Also, are there any other methods of lowering armor health that I'm missing?

NPC armor doesn't actually have a significant effect on how much damage they take. Its more efficient to simply kill them then it is to weaken their armor.
