A few days ago i bought the Imp-edition digital through Bethesda's site, and i've updated my beta-files a few times

since then, and it's currently 30.4g . I recall reading somewhere that pre-purchase will simply update your beta

to release version.

Is this the case, and are my files of the correct size for logging in & playing tomorrow?.

Or do i need / should i delete the Beta-folder and download PC client ?.

You should be just fine.

That sounds like it's about the right size. The update to release won't necessarily change the folder size. It's probably a back-end matter of setting account permissions at this point.

30.5 is indeed perfect.

You can move the folder around too, if you like it on a different drive.

But if you picked a custom-made name for your download, you have TWO folders, odly enough and you got to move both to the same drive, else it doesn't work; Nor can you merge the two folders, if you merge them and start the launcher, he doesn't find the game and restarts downloading, lol.
