I love Male Body Replacer V5 by Robert2. It gives 10 different body stiles and it is great.
I was wondering if there is a way to give different body types to different races. For example: Bulky for Orcs, Heavy Muscular for Nords, Slender for Elves.... and so on.

No, you cannot. Its a fundamental engine limitation.

Not to mention that you wouldn't notice because of how clothing works, so its a moot point.

You can get mods that change the texture for individual races - you will need to search for that yourself for obvious reasons...
