I am curious as to which setting affects the lighting in the game? I remember i could see The New Vegas Strip from miles away from all the lights. I was in Freeside today standing right next to The Strip @ 12am and there were no lights on down The Strip what so ever. I have been editing some of the graphic settings to give myself a smoother gameplay experience and feel i might have changed something that affects this type of lighting. Any help is appreciated, thanks
