I don't like the legion, so I decided to kill all the people at cottonwood cove.... The place before you go on the boat trip to where cesar is...

Question being.. Is it possible to walk to where cesar is, as I can't get the boat anymore... Killed that guy and everyone else. I did try and walk myself and look, came across alot of river monsters.....

I guessing its not possible but just wondering... I really want to kill cesar...

It is not possible to walk/swim to the fort. If you have been there before, you can fast travel, otherwise you have to ride the boat. I think I heard once that if the ferryman is dead you can just activate the boat, but I've never tried it.

Quantum Mage is correct, if the ferryman dies, just interact with the raft thingy.
