In fallout 3 I have a creature on my leg and my back and I dont know were it came from or how i got it .It sometimes looks like a man and sometimes it looks like a creature Now all I want is to get it off of me. I first seen it when i was in mother ship zeta why is it on me and what dose it want and how in the world or not of world do i get rid of it is it a random thing or is it cause I am very Evel or what.
