I've rescued deputy Beagle at the Bison Steve Hotel, but cannot initiate any dialogue about Benny and the Khans.
The quest in my pipboy already states I should find Manny in Novac and makes no mention of Beagle. Any idea
how my character already knows to talk to Manny?

I've been in Nipton already and talked to the surviving Powder Gangers, is that it? Any help would be appreciated,
