Someone in another post said something about missing the Dwarves and it made me wonder, were there any Dwemer in past TES games (before MW)? How far back do the other games take place?

Short answer: no. Their dissappearance happened in the First Era while the games take place in the Third Era (excluding TES: Redguard and maybe a few others).

There were Dwemer items in Shadowkey. I don't think they were mentioned in any of the other games though. I can't be sure, but I don't remember anything about them.

I don't think so. Arena was 3E389, all the main games were after that.

Redguard was 2E864, IIRC. You can see Dwemer ruins in Redguard, but no Dwemer themselves (who disappeared in 1E700).

The only actual Dwemer you can meet in a TES game in Yagrum in Morrowind.

Redguard takes part in Hammerfell, so you see the Dwemer Orrerry in Stros M'Kai.

I don't think you can download Redguard from Bethesda, you'd have to buy an old copy.

Yep. Got mine off Amazon for $40. Came with everything but the box, in perfect shape.

Jury-rigging Redguard to run on modern Operating Systems, however, is a difficult beast to tackle...

$40 for an old game? Damn, I don't think I'm gonna do that...lol.
