so i am doing the all random character challenge and i got the trait early bird. i have never taken it cause let's be honest, it's not great. so i know the perk its from 6am-12pm u get +2 special then from 6pm-6am you get -1 special. so does that mean from 1pm-5.59pm u get +0/-0?
