Thinking about coming back to Oblivion and would like to try Francesco's Leveled Creature/Item mod (the basic leveled list changes, not the huge item add-ons), but I've read numerous posts about it having some sort of issue with everyone becoming naked and only having calipers. Has this issue ever been solved? Does anyone know what causes it? I'm just a little apprehensive about it, that's all.

I've hadn't heard of it before and certainly never experienced it. Upon briefly looking into it, it seems to be an issue that sometimes crops up with editing item ratios in the in game frans menu, though its something that happens very infrequently and can be solved by restoring the default setting on the same in game menu.

My advice; don't worry about the issue, and go ahead and install them mod. You probably won't see the issue and if you do it will be easy to fix.

The naked NPCs and Frans is a result of the leveled lists getting screwed up somehow. A reset of Frans should fix it (it is in the documentation how to access Frans menu through console) with the appropriate wait for cell respawn.
