I've just done a complete reinstall of Morrowind and its expansions so that I could play around with Tamriel Rebuilt, MGE and the code patch. However, when I begin a new game I get this error:

Expression error: unable to find dialogue topic/journal "DA_Agamemnon" in script TMstart_HOS

...the error is being caused by the House of Spears, and although searching reveals that others have experienced the issue, there seems to be no clear resolution (or, if there was, they never posted it!)

Does anyone have a suggestion on how to use this mod? I'd definitely like to use the spears.

Looking inside the plugin, that script is not used by anything, so I think you can safely delete it from the plugin and the error should go away.

Edit: mlox, by the way, is an excellent tool. Just when I was thinking: 'if only BOSS existed for Morrowind'.

I just want to so, thank you for finally finding what that came from. I've had that message forever and I haven't been able to track the source. Harmless, but still annoying.
