Hello to all ladies and gents!

so i have a question and i am in need for an answer with some advice if possible. So far from what i have read, there maybe a extra content for the game skyrim that requires pc use; thats right, the construction set just like from morrowind and oblivion.

anyway, i have a labtop vostro 1500 dell. i want to turn it into a gaming type of computer, and i know leaving it the way it is now will not be able to function skyrim properly just like with morrowind. so question is, would i need to have it upgraded to like a directx video card or something? and would this require a possible expert to wipe out the entire data to my labtop in order to have it functio nthe way i want it or does it only need a install without erasing any data what so ever?

if thats the case (on the wiping out the entire data thing) then i may get the game for the console then till i can save up for something like alienware.

You cant upgrade lap tops in any meaning full sence for a reasonable amount of money, desktops can be upgraded easily not laptops
