Question about installing RealSwords Argonian : IV

I'm confused about where to put the extra files that he left out (helm mesh).

He says to stick the folder (helms) in /mesh/realswords. Now, does he mean the folder or just the files?

He means the folder ie. the structure should be 'Oblivion/data/meshes/Realswords/Helms/'.

I had FCOM uninstalled a while ago if you're referring to that,
