I was just wondering what level you have to be to get the best enchantment from leveled items? For example I want the Nightingale Armor but I want it with the highest enchantments e.g., Nightingale Armor (Fortify Stamina 40 pts + Resist Frost 50 pts).

So what level do I need to be to get the best enchantment for the Nightingale Armor? Thanks.

I have also tried http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Leveled_Items#Nightingale_Armor but that site doesn't give what level to get what enchantments.
