When I played Oblivion, I would take useless skills that I wouldn't bother level as main skills. That way I get to have like 100 destruction and 100 stealth, etc.. and still be level 1 making the game obviously way too easy (I know it's lame but it worked). I was wondering if you can still do that? Not that I want to do it but I have a tendency to exploit certain aspects of game like that hehehe

No all skills count towards leveling and higher level ones count more and you can't dodge a lvl up it happens auto

All skills raise your progress towards the next level and higher skills make level progress a lot faster, and leveling up is automatic.
