Is it best to have landmass mods load last? for some reason after installing silgrad tower LGNPC's seems to load much slower, though thats after ST has already loaded. This didnt happen before I installed ST. I want to make ST load last out of all my mods if that makes sense.

Let http://code.google.com/p/mlox/wiki/Mlox sort your mods for you. Most of the time, load order doesn't even matter. It starts getting tricky when you have patches for things and multiple mods that edit leveled lists.
