Is there a mod that makes them without earrings? I did a search on TesNexus but didn't find anything. I would like to use some other jewelary mods and I hate cliping.
Or is there some other way to delete them?

There's not a mod that specifically gives moonshadow elves earring-free ears. Since the earrings are part of the ears, the ears would have to be replaced, though the wood elf ears would probably be fine. You could probably switch them via TES4EDIT if you have a little bit of familiarity with that program. I've never seen equip-able earrings, though, what mod are you using for that? (This may just be my ignorance of jewelery mods).

Or you can extract earswoodelf .egm .egt and .nif from Oblivion - Meshes.bsa (patch - meshes\characters\woodelf) and rename it to MoonshadowEars and overwrite files in meshes\characters\Moonshadow Elves\Ears folder.

@Tyrthyllanos, There are earrings in "UFF CrimsonMidnight" by Sinblood and "just some new jewelry" by kernins. Those are the 2 I use but there are others also.
