So i got Thepal's unnoficial patch version 1.2 and also downloaded version 1.6, my question is do i only need 1.6 active when i play or should i have 1.6 and 1.2 active at the same time when it says that you only need morrowind and the expansions for 1.6 and not 1.2? My other question is will downloading other patches by other modders have a negative effect on my other patches? and if not can anyone give me some reccomendations?

Just have one version of the unofficial patch running at once.

I forget the exact details of the different versions, the most recently modified (and so correcting the most things) is http://btb2.free.fr/morrowind.html of 1.6.5

As to other patches I'd stick with just http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=36373, for simplicity.

If you use http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1167004-relz-mlox-a-tool-for-anolyzing-and-sorting-your-load-order/ that will identify a number of unneeded patch files you may have loaded. Unneeded as in their fixes are already included in the MPP.

So should i have Thepals version 1.6 unnoficial patch along with BTB's version on at the same time or just one?

Just one, just use BTB's version.
