So i have finished fallout3 and ad dons (goty) on the 360. and i'm looking to play this on the pc.
I already have fallout3 and broken steel (just those 2) last time i tried playing on pc there was a problem with pacth 1.5 and mods. i have notest that now there's a 1.7 patch. so here's a list of mods that i want to try.

.-Better companions and caravans
.-tupam
.-fose
.-weapon mod kits
.-sprint mod
.-DK bullet time
.-mmm3 increased spawns
.- and a wheater mod.
ALSO whats the best mod to get a quick start? a simple one but that is compatible with mods.

so whats the best patch that i shoud get? also if i buy the add ons do i have to update to 1.7 and can i still use these mods?

1.7 is only required if you care about the GFWL achievements, otherwise, 1.6 is the minimum you need to get. But hell, why not just get 1.7 and not worry about it.

As for mods to get a quick start, try clicking the "New Game" button. Quickest start you can get.

Ok let me say this about the new game button. LOL.
what i meant wich i know you know, is about skipping the tutorial.

If by "tutorial" you mean the vault, then no. Your best bet though would be almost any save game mod out there which usually is saved right at the exit, so you can change anything about your character to how you want it.
