I am curious... Though I only reached level 10 during two betas and got to the pvp which i had fun..

I remember watching a video of a Developer last year about how the game is not going to mainly focus on questing as spoke about other games where questing bored him but also mentioned he wanted more story to his quests but then later mentioned He prefered old style grindage.. Im unable to find that video as when I watched it,it wasn't on youtube but on something else..Will I be able to level up old school pick-a-spot and just kill ? Or do i have to do Quests/storyline to level up like in the other big mmos? I mean I don't mind questing but there are times where I want to get away from questing and level up a different way.. I also know you can level up in PVP but im only a 40% Pvper and the rest PvEer..
