Question about reputation : Fallout: New Vegas

Since there are lots of NCR ppl on the strip, if they hate you, will they just all out attack you on the strip?

i dont think so. and if they do, expect security-bots to wipe them out. its not there territory its houses.

Yeah i can't imagine anyone getting away with starting a gunfight in vegas with all the security bots around no matter who they are. By the way nice one SpEcTrE.

thanks. i would say that the soldiers in new vegas are probably drunk of there asses. they probably have some deal with house

"you can stay in my city as long as you spend money and dont start a war in my streets"

I wonder what will happen if you defeat Mr. House and takeover the Strip, either for NCR or for CL. For instance, if you are on the side of NCR, will you be able to throw out all of the CL legionnaires? Or, vice-versa....

Well, but what if you have defeated Mr. House but not the other main faction. So, for instance, say you are allied with NCR. You have defeated Mr. House and gained control of the Strip, but you have yet to deal with CL. Will CL legionnaires still show up on the Strip?

(I am assuming that the main quest does not end until you have defeated CL as well, in this scenario.)

Maybe this has been answered already, but what about if you run across a small faction group and decide to kill all of them without leaving any witnesses to spread the news will your reputation be affected if you visit another area with that same faction group?

I hoping not because that could serve very useful for the type of character I am going for.
