Hi, a few weeks ago I purchased Skyrim on steam. I know it comes out 11.11.11, but I was wondering how steam does pre-ordered games. Do they allow the download and installation of the game some days previous so when it's 12:01 people can play? Also when can you start playing? Is is 12:01 local time or Pacific as I believe that is where they are located.
