No. It unlocks at 12:00 a.m. EST time.

To further clarify, it will unlock 1 day and 4 hours from now -- so that it will technically be 12:00 AM on May 10th.

This adjusts according to time zone -- I will be able to play at 11PM due to Central, and those lucky west coast players will be able to play at 9PM. <_<

I think it is referring to your timezone. I live in central time (GMT -6) and the game tells me it unlocks tomorrow because it really unlocks at 12:01 am EST (GMT -5), so I do get to play it at 11:01 pm tomorrow night.
