Question about the day the bombs dropped.

Hey guys. For a mod I am making, I need this to be very acurate. I have checked the timeline at the vault wiki and other place, but none of them specify exactly what time on Oct. 23rd the bombs actually dropped. I think based on the way everything is worded, it was in the afternoon, so far I have thrown a guess at 2:00pm. I have not played any fallout game but Fallout 3, so in any of them does it specify exactly when? I would love, for the sake of the die hard fallout series fans, if this could be 100% accurate. But I notice I may have to guess as to when exactly it happened. Thanks guys :)

http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Great_War mentions:

In the United States, the West Coast was hit first by Chinese strategic bombers and ballistic missiles, and as a consequence on the East Coast (which was struck at about 10:47) more people were able to get into the Vaults and personal protection shelters, leading to a higher initial survival rate.

and

In the two hours of nuclear fire...

So the 'Great War' probably lasted between 10:47-13:00.
