I have recently discovered this location, my initial playthrough, I killed everyone. I noticed there was an NPC with a proper name. Does this imply a possible mission involving this character? I have since reloaded an earlier save and avoided killing anyone there just in case.

That and the combat bar I just killed everyone. I snuck into the downs with a stealth boy but not much to do except get to the terminal in the middle of the track and turn the robots inhibitors off. Curious if there's more to it.

is similar to the combat zone, nothing happen after u clean the place, maybe they will open it up again on a DLC or patch.
