A question about the Lucky 38 : Fallout: New Vegas

If you go in the VIP Lounge on the Casino floor of the Lucky 38, theres a terminal marked Lucky 38 Access Terminal, or something like that, but all it does is pulls up a box that has the option 'okay' in it, what is the terminal for? (Mainly hoping someone who played with the G.E.C.K can tell me.)

Yes, a girl named Emily from Followers Of The Apocalypse asks you to bug it so that they can find out a little bit about House's technology. I did it because I wanted to help them and it wasn't that hard and it doesn't affect your standing with House. It only affects FOTA which their rep with you goes up to Accepted.
