If I do the Minuteman ending will I still be able to max friendship levels with Paladin Danes cause I'm pretty sure that you can't max his Friend Ship Level till you get to a certain point in the brotherhood Quests. So will I have to get to that point into the brotherhood quest where Paladin Big Plot twist happens and if I do will I still be able to do the Minuteman ending cause I don't want to Kill the railroad and if I side with the brotherhood I have to so.

The only way to not get max friendship levels with Paladin Danse is to kill him or become an enemy of the Brotherhood. If I recall correctly, maxing his friendship levels requires completing Danse's companion quest. Two of the factions require you to become an enemy of the Brotherhood. So you have to max his friendship level before you become enemies with the Brotherhood if you do those faction's endings. Siding with the Minutemen allows you to max his friendship level whenever you want since they only go to war with the General's enemies.
