After not having played Skyrim for more then a year I finally decided to install Skyrim plus all DLC again. ( Mainly because I now have a better computer then I hat back then. ) And I have been downloading mods and tools like Loot ... TESVEdit etcetera. But one new mod I found and downloaded does not have a readme to make something clear to me so far, namely http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/65317/?. The description page does not show install instructions, nor does the forum thread show anything towards installing the mod.

Now do not get me wrong I know how to install mods, but I am not certain whether the mod needs both the ESP and ESM, or only one of the two?
