I'm currently working on a fanfic story and I'm wondering if there's anyone who could explain how the dating/calendar system works, and then my other question was is there a set time period in which certain birthsigns are always above Tamriel? For example, if a group of people were all born within a certain (tamrielic 'month') would they all be born under the same sign? And then are those signs always over head at the same time every year?

I was thinking that since the Serpent attacks other star constellations, it has no set month, and therefore, you could be a Steed or a Mage or a whatever, but would then be a Serpent instead if your original birthsigh constellation was being attacked.

But my question was would it be correct to say that you could be born on any month and still be a Serpent if the constellation was being attacked? Because my character is a Serpent.
