If I do the quest to cure Vampirism will I be able to turn into a vampire again by eating a Beating Heart?

Or am I also immune to it just like being able to contract Porphyric hemophilia the normal way?

I'm pretty sure without mods you can't turn into a vampire again once you've done the quest to be cured.

Like above, no vampirism after being cured without mods. Probably no cure at all for vampirism if you are on ps3 or don't have the latest patches for pc.

There is a cure for vamiprism on PS3. Just do the quest.

Ya well I cant complete the quest. Because when I return to the old lady to give her the items she requests, she doesnt recognize the Bloodgrass !!!
And I've tried going back to one of the Oblivion realms and retrieving more Bloodgrass and trying to give those to her and she still says how to give the item to her instead of accepting the Bloodgrass from my character.

Are you using the Game of the Year PS3 version? If you aren't, there is http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Cure_Vampirism#PS3_GotY_Vampirism_Cure_Notes, but if you have the GotY version, then sorry, you're screwed.

if you have the vanilla version, that will enable the walkaround, buy it or rent or borrow it, delete the files of the GOTY versions and install the vanilla version. i don't know about the saved game files. it is kind of a hassle to to have to deal with the walkaround. so you might just want to use a cure disease potion.
