A question about waepon/shield animation.

I hope this is the right forum for this question.

Now, it is like this; I want my character to use dual-wield. That is not a problem, I know how to change the mesh for the weapon to become a shield. But the weapon I use shows up like two weapons when it's in the sheath (like it should) and when you draw it, one stays in the sheath and the other goes to the main hand. Problem now is that, even if I make a offhand copy of the sword, when both the weapons are drawn, there is still one sword left in the sheath (the one that belong to the weapon mesh).

My humble question is only this; can I somehow make it so that when I draw my sword, one goes to the hand while the one left in the sheath disappears, simulating that I have drawn both swords when I use my offhand sword as well?

I hope you understand what I mean and I'm thankful for any help.

I believe the sheathe is part of the model, you may need to remove it manually.

Might be a better way to say it: I basically want the handle for the sword that is a part of the sheath to disappear when the the weapon is drawn and then reappear when it is sheathed.

I am not so experienced with Blender and Nifskope, so I can't figure out how to do it by myself.

Well, that goes without saying that it's a part of the model, but I can't just remove it, since then it would just be gone all the time, which is not what I want =)

I'll just bump this once to see if anyone can help me, since it has sunken quite a bit already.

I'd PM Nicoroshi. Pretty sure he/she's know how to do this.

There's also the Animated Window Lighting System people, and also Waruddar who used different animation states in his static alchemy set for cobl.
