Hi everyone!

So I had this idea to make it always overcast, raining or snowing in the game, but I'm not sure how to go about this using the CK. Mind you I have absolutely no idea how to go about this. I tried messing with the default climate but didn't see a difference. Any help would be appreciated, but if someone could lead me to or provide me with a step-by-step guide that would be splenderific.
