Ok, to make this quick: There's a split drawbridge of sorts in WRB. A chain to lower one half is easily found as you enter the area. Done. But the second half of the bridge still up leads to a lit area with items and such, containing another chain that I can see (presumably to lower the other half of the drawbridge). But I can't find any way to get into that area. I've cleared the dungeon otherwise, and crawled through it for several hours with no luck.

Help?

I should point out that I haven't started the main quest yet. Although that's locked me out of the Dragonborn quest, I doubt it could have an effect on a detail like this. Or maybe it could, I don't know...

I experienced thus same bridge. Cant figure it out either. I am done w/the main Dragonborn questline

jump on the broken wooden shaft then use whirlwind sprint to get to the platform on the right hand side. hope that helps

Ahh. Just did it. Whirlwind sprinted to the left side but not the right. Thanks. One of the VERY few opportunities to use WWS.

Actually, i think you can so it without WWS. While I was standing on the ledge I had just WWS'd to, Serana hopped over using that single log structure hanging in between. I could never quite manage to hop onto that log, but she did it lickity-split.
