So I was uploading a video to youtube and after the very long process of it..processing..it decides to THEN let me know that it's too long. I'm sorry but how is a 23 minute video too long when there are 10 hour cat videos on Youtube?

How can I make it so I can upload longer videos? Because obviously people are.
