A Question of Compatibility

I'm looking into starting up a heavily modded playthrough of Skyrim, and would like to include some major gameplay mods, but I'm not sure on whether they'll play nicely with each other. Several of them don't mention compatibility with SkyRe, or just don't have a compatibility section. Would anyone happen to know if there are any major conflicts between these mods, or what's necessary to make them work together if possible? I have some experience with making a bashed patch in Oblivion, though I have yet to try it with Skyrim.

Most of my other mods are just minor armor, quest, or housing mods, where I can generally figure out which is breaking what. Anyways, thanks in advance for any advice you may give, and for taking the time to read this.
